Bank Buana (partly owned by UOB Singapore) is the first bank in Indonesia
to have complied with the EMV requirement set forth by the EMVco (Europay,
Mastercard and Visa) and the Indonesian Central Bank. NYRA have been awarded
the contract for a complete EMV Card Personalization System, Card Management
System and Consultation.

Prior to Bank Buana, we have achieved similar system implementation for
Union Cambodia Bank (UCB), BEPS (Bangladesh Electronic Purse System).
Presently, we are working with a handful of banks in Indonesia to comply
with EMV mandate prior to 2009.

|
NYRA is also the exclusive distributor of CIM personalization machine
from Italy and Samsung smartcards, with over 30% of market share of
CIM in Indonesia.
